近日，《光环》系列的联合开发商Certain Affinity正式被Keywords Studios收购。此次收购为该工作室提供了一个稳定的开发环境。According to Certain Affinity's CEO Max Hoberman, the acquisition by Keywords provides a stable environment for the company during challenging times. "In what has been an incredibly difficult period for our industry," said Hoberman, "it is an honor that Keywords has shown such respect for our talent and culture and made a concerted effort to invest in our growth." The acquisition will enable Certain Affinity to expand its core development activities, improve its leading development capabilities, and support the growth of its creative department.
Certain Affinity was founded in 2006 by a group of former Bungie employees. Over the years, the studio has been involved in the development of several popular games including the Halo series, Call of Duty series, Hogwarts Legacy and Batman Knight.
After the acquisition, the current management team led by CEO Max Hoberman and COO Paul Sams will continue to lead daily operations of the studio. |
